The Reserve Bank of India recently announced that it is soon going to issue 10 Rupees banknotes featuring the signature of Governor Shaktikanta Das. These 10 Rupees notes are a part of the Mahatma Gandhi (new series). The banknote’s designs and security features will remain unchanged. Apart from that, all 10 rupees notes issued by the RBI will continue to be in circulation along with the newly issued notes.
