Vima Takto, also known as Vima Taktu or Soter Megas, ruled the Kushan Empire from 80 CE to 90 CE. His rule extended over northwestern India and Bactria towards China, with the Kushans also having a presence in the Tarim Basin. The coins issued by Vima Takto did not display his name and title, but instead featured the Indo-Greek legend '??????? ????????? ????? ?????', which means "The King of Kings, Great Saviour". It was only after the discovery of the Rabatak inscription that his name was linked to the title on the coins.
Copper Drachm issued by Vima Takto weighs 7.8-8.4g.
The obverse features Bust of the king facing right, with a spear in front of his face and a monogram behind. The reverse features King mounted on a horse to the right with Indo-Greek legend around and monogram front of the horse.
