New commemorative banknotes are circulating in remembrance of late king Bhumibol. Currency is known as baht in Thailand. The Thai baht code is THB. Baht will identify in five denominations in different color.

Baht is issued on 26 February 2015. King Bhumibol Adulyadej in the Royal House of Chakri gown observes side was depicted in baht. Reverse King Taksin the Great (1734–1782) monument in Wongwian Yai circle; Phra Ratchawang Doem (King Taksin's palace); Wichai Prasit Fortress Thonburi.
