World Heart Day is an annual global observance organized by the World Heart Federation. Observed on September 29, World Heart Day aims at raising awareness of the cardiovascular disease (CVD).
World Heart Organization is an international NGO based in Switzerland. It is dedicated to leading the global fight against heart disease and stroke, focusing on developing countries. World Heart Organization established Word Heart Day in 2000 to educate people about cardiovascular disease and the main methods of its prevention.
So this year on 29 September, our campaign is asking the world to use the heart to beat CVD. The above-shown coin is a beautiful 1 Oz Silver coin is dedicated to the most famous symbols of love. This heart-shaped coin was issued by Palau in the year 2018.
The reverse of the coin reproduces the incredibly detailed shape of a Heart with beautiful ornamental engravings. The obverse of the coin presents the Coat of Arms of Palau and the inscriptions: “The REPUBLIC OF PALAU” – the issuing country, “5$” – the face value and “2018” – the year of issue.
