Ten new pence of British Armed forces

Issued in 1962 by the British Armed Forces these vouchers were issued after World War II. These banknotes were called voucher. The armed forces issued banknote between 1946 and 1972. In 2003 they issued their small token change which they nicked named as pogs.

The above-shown image depicts the ten new pence of the British Armed Forces. The denominational value “10 P” is seen on all corners with a large one to the left with the words “6th series” over it. Value of the banknote “Five New Pence” is in the centre with “British Armed Forces” at top. The text reads “Issued by Command of the Defence Council” at the bottom with “Special Voucher” on the left and right borders.
