Robert A Siegel has conducted a sale on 26th June 2019. In this sale, one of the scarcest of all United States issues was offered 5C bright Blue, only ten specimens are recorded one of which is miller collection a T the New York public library, leaving nine available to collectors.

The auction house describes this specimen as ‘Without gum as issued deep, rich colour on crisp paper, three wide margins, and full of the bottom”. For the condition conscious collectors, this is a significant opportunity to add one of the rarest stamps in US philately without compromising on condition.
