One the great philatelic rarity of the United Kingdom, an imprimatur is offered by the Robert A Siegel for 72,027 US dollars. This rarity has only a few recorded specimens mentioned. At least two of them had forged perforations added to stimulate the issued stamp. This very fine and high-quality note id offered by this auction on December 4th and 5th 2018.This stamp is title as the scarcest Victorian issue which is picked the interest of many stamp collectors. This stamp illustrated the portrait of Queen Victoria facing left with the denomination below it. The ink is brow lilac printed on a white paper and it never encountered in this fault-free condition.
