Australia issued a set of stamps dedicated to our solar system as a celebration of the Stamp Collecting Month in September. The size of each stamp correlates to the size of the planet depicted on it. The souvenir sheet has eight stamps, each dedicated to one planet. Pluto, being demoted to being a dwarf-planet, is depicted on the stamp alongside Neptune.Portugal issued a se-tenant pair of stamps that depict a view of space and the Earth. These stamps, with a face value of €0.45 each, were issued on October 14th to celebrate the International Year of Light. The upper stamp displays the sun, a galaxy, the satellite Sentinel-1, and the moon while the lower one depicts solar panels and a lighthouse. The two stamps are connected with what appears to be Earth with a giant eye and have been printed in sheets of 50.
