This original circulated coin was struck in the year the ‘Jubilee Head’ was introduced. The coin depicts the ‘Jubilee Head’ obverse portrait (created by Sir Joseph Edgar Boehm who depicted The Queen with a small crown) with the classic Pistrucci St George and the Dragon on the reverse.

Struck in 1887, this Double-Sovereign is minted in 22-carat gold and is in a ‘Very Fine’ condition.
