The 41st of 56 quarters under America the Beautiful Quarters Program will be released on 7th February 2018 at the Mather Elementary School Auditorium, 810 State Highway M-28 West, in Munising, Michigan. The reverse design is dedicated to the Michigan’s Pictured Rocks National Seashore and will feature the Chapel Rock and the white pine tree on it.People will be given a chance to exchange cash for $10 face value rolls of the new coins after the official ceremony. The coin exchange is sponsored by Peoples State Bank of Munising. A coin forum to discuss upcoming coin programs and other U.S. Mint initiatives will be conducted on 6th February at the Munising Township Office E9630 Prospect St. The coin will enter circulation on 5th February through the Federal Reserve.
The America the Beautiful Quarters Program will end in 2021 and the Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site quarter dollar for Alabama would be the last release.
