A Turkish Stamp was recently released featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The news spread like wildfire on social media. People went on to say that these stamps were released to declare that Modi is the greatest leader of the world currently.

However, the stamp was actually issued on 15th Nov 2015 at Turkey G20 Summit. The series comprised of 33 stamps depicting photos of all country representatives attending the Summit. The set was actually issued to honour their important guests. The fact that Turkey called Modi the greatest leader of the world currently was a rumour.
