The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey released E-9 Emission Group III. series Turkish lira TL 100 and TL 50 banknotes on 17th July 2017. E-9 Emission Group II. Series TL 100 banknotes were released on 24th December 2012 and TL 50 banknotes were released on 8th April 2013. The new series of banknotes feature new signatures. TL 100 banknotes will feature signature of Deputy Governor Murat Uysal; TL 50 banknotes will feature signature of Deputy Governor Dr. Emrah ?ener; Governor Murat Çetinkaya’s signature.

Dimensions, obverse and reverse compositions, general features etc. will be similar to I. and II. series bank notes. The I., II. The III. series banknotes will be circulated along with the I. and III. series banknotes.
