Royal Mint to Soon Begin Coin Valuation Services

Royal Mint officials have stated that they would be soon offering coin valuation services to make the most of the booming collecting market. This new service is bound to attract collectors who want to assess and sell their coins. It has not yet been revealed if the Royal Mint would be charging its customers for the service. There is not information as to when this service would begin as well.There also have been reports that Royal Mint bought a stake in Sovereign Rarities Limited in London's Mayfair for an x amount. This will help them offer a range of historic coins, some of which are thousands of years old.
Over 80 coin specialist firms and collectors based in the UK are a part of the British Numismatic Association represents. The association cannot identify coins or give an opinion about the authenticity or value of a coin, but its members are capable of doing so.
