The 1803 1c NGC/CAC MS64 RB (Small Date, Small Fraction, OH) has red-brown surfaces with lustre, smooth surfaces and is the best quality among other coins for the date. The 1899-O $1 PCGS MS64 (VAM-4, Micro O) falls under the top 100 Variety. It features a frosty lustre, a golden-orange toning and is considered as a rarity in its series.
