As soon as we hear coca-cola, our mouth starts watering and childhood memories kick in, don’t they? Coca-Cola, our household drink was born today in 1886. Originally invented as a patent medicine, it soon grew to be the beverage king due to marketing tactics of the company’s owner- Asa Griggs Candler.

Tajikistan issued this stamp sheet featuring polar bears drinking coca-cola with increasing prices of every stamp. The date of issuing is yet unknown. Since Coca-Cola is a marketable product, there are a lot of hurdles to issue stamp in its name.

Besides this, even Singapore had issued a stamp sheet featuring a 2$ coca-cola stamp along with two other stamps. This sheet was issued under the section Singapore, A Global City; Leisure and Lifestyle in 2002 for the World Stamp Championship of 2004. This limited edition collectors' series comprises a total of six stamps and 15 souvenir sheets, grouped in three different categories and featuring 14 other leading brands.
