India Releases Coffee Scented Postage Stamps

On 23rd April, the General Post Office at Bengaluru released Coffee scented postage stamps of Rs. 100 each. Printed at India Security Press, esteemed dignitaries were present for revealing the stamps.Almost 30 lakh Sandalwood scented stamps, each worth Rs 15, released in 2006 were sold out within two weeks. Rose-scented 5 Rs stamps were, in four varieties of flowers like Jawahar, Neelam, Delhi Princess and Bhim were released in 2007. A Jasmine-scented stamp was released in 2008.
