On 5th June, the 2017 Ozark National Scenic Riverways quarter dollar will be released officially at Alley Spring and Mill on State Route 106 in Eminence, Mo. The coin is the 38th release under the America the Beautiful Quarters Program. The reverse depicts Alley Mill, a merchant steel roller mill used to grind wheat into flour, built in 1894.

$10 face value rolls of Uncirculated circulation-quality 2017-D quarter dollars can be exchanged for cash by the public after the event. A special coin forum will be held on 4th June in the Nixon Room at Echo Bluff State Park, 34489 Echo Bluff Drive in Eminence. The bureau’s current and upcoming coin programs will be discussed at the forum. Public reviews on new initiatives and concerns about U.S. Mint products will also be considered.
