Rs 10 denomination banknotes in the Mahatma Gandhi Series 2005 will be soon released by the RBI. The notes will feature inset letter 'L' in the number panels, the signature of RBI Governor Urjit R Patel, and the year 2017 printed on the reverse. Rs 10 notes that were issued earlier will continue to be legal tender.
