The sale of 2017 American Eagle One Ounce .999 fine Silver Proof Coin will start from 23rd March. The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's full-length figure of Walking Liberty, folds of the flag in the background, her right hand is extended, her left hand holds branches of laurel and oak. Its reverse features John Mercanti's eagle with shield holding an olive branch and arrows.

The coin features "W" mint mark as they are struck at West Point. They come in special packaging with a Certificate of Authenticity and costs $53.95. The number of coins minted will depend on the customer demand.
