Perth Mint of Australia released new collector coins in February including antiqued coins with a central compass, a koala high relief design coin, 2017 Mini Roo 0.5g Gold Coin, a gold proof Kangaroo five-coin set, a half-ounce silver baby polar bear coin and two ANZAC related coins.

The Mini Roo 0.5g 99.99% Gold Coin is an annual product and the latest one features a kangaroo jumping across the plain. The "button-sized" Mini Roo coin has a diameter of 11.60 mm and thickness of 0.70mm.

The mintage is not limited and they come in a kangaroo-themed presentation card.
