US mint’s master designer of the Artistic Infusion Program (AIP), named Thomas S. Cleveland has signed an exclusive insert label signature deal with Professional Coin Grading Service. Cleveland has designed 15 coins and medals including the popular 2007 American Platinum Eagle featuring the American Bald Eagle, a Federal Shield and the inscription FREEDOM.

This signature deal will allow collectors to own authentic hand signed insert labels by AIP Master Designers. The first coins of the Thomas S. Cleveland Signature Series will feature the Platinum Eagle’s reverse design and Cleveland’s hand-signed autograph in silver ink. All coins in this series will have a similar motif.

Thomas S. Cleveland is from Oklahoma and was one of only three original Master Designers belonging to the Artistic Infusion Program from 2004 to 2014. The Program was introduced in 2004 to innovate United States coin and medal designs. New designs were created and submitted by various American artists in collaboration with United States Mint Sculptor-Engravers.
