This sixth and final coin of 2016 Scottsdale Mint Biblical Series is dedicated to Nativity – the story of Mary, Joseph and the birth of baby Jesus in the manger, which is inspired by the artwork of Gustave Dore.

The reverse of this 2 oz .999 fine Silver antique finish high relief coin features baby Jesus surrounded by Mary, Joseph, shepherds and animals in the stable. The obverse features Queen Elizabeth II’s effigy. The edge is laser etched with a unique serial number.

Every coin belonging to the Biblical Series is perfect for the holiday season and the final coin is the ideal way to end the series. The special coin has a mintage limit of 1,499. Each coin comes with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate also includes a unique serial number that matches the number on the edge of the coin and a detailed description of the story of the birth of Jesus. Struck at the Scottsdale Mint, the coin is a legal tender for the island of Niue.
