The new $10 note is going to be released on the 100th anniversary of woman suffrage in 2020. BEP is working on the changes and officials have confirmed that the notes would be ready for production on 18th August 2020. They would also be showcasing the final design concepts for the $5 and $20 notes. They are looking to speed up the process so that all the three notes would be released as soon as possible, keeping the security requirements in mind.

Alexander Hamilton and leaders of the suffrage movement will be featured on the $10 note, Abraham Lincoln and events at the Lincoln Memorial on the $5 note, and Harriet Tubman, the White House and Andrew Jackson on the $20 note.

Intaglio or coated-embossed tactile features are also being considered for aiding the visually impaired.
