Masked Owl Coin From Australian Opal Series

The sixth release in Australian Opal Series is a Masked Owl 2014 1oz Proof Quality 99.9% Pure Silver. The mintage limit of the coin is 8,000 and they come in special Packaging along with a Numbered Certificate.The Masked Owl is mostly found in the coastal regions of Australia and Tasmania. They have brown feathers around a white, heart-shaped mask.
The reverse features a detailed image of the Australian Masked Owl sitting in a tree hollow in pure Australian opal. The coin also features peucalypt leaves, flowers, a Waning Gibbous moon and the constellation Southern Cross which is seen only in the southern hemisphere. The obverse depicts the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley along with the denomination.
The coin comes in a case with a light which functions when it is opened, representing the moonlight falling on the owl.
