Gandhi Featured on a Khadi Stamp

India Post has issued various commemorative stamps featuring Gandhi. However, this one is the most peculiar one. Khadi cloth is printed with a portrait of Gandhi.Khadi Gandhi's preferred fabric and symbol of Swadeshi during the freedom movement. A stamp is actually printed on the home-spun cotton fabric that has the image of Mahatma Gandhi, along with a Charkha.
The stamp has a value of Re.100 and bears the sign of Mahatma Gandhi along with a message “Be True”.
