PCGS Bags 3 Awards from Numismatic Literary Guild

On 11th August 11, the Numismatic Literary Guild (NLG) held its annual Numismatic Literary Guild Awards along with the ANA World’s Fair of Money in Anaheim, California. PCGS received three awards at the event.PCGS President Don Willis Willis received the award for Best Software for PCGS apps for mobile phones. CoinFacts president, Guth earned an Extraordinary Merit Award for his book The 100 Greatest Women on Coins and the Best Blog Award for his blog series, “The Lord St. Oswald Coins – Where Are They Now?” Guth also received a second place Heath Literary Award for his article “The 100 Greatest Women on Coins”.
PCGS has developed five apps to help push the industry’s reach to a more technology-friendly market. Guth was previously honoured by the Guild for his books “Coin Collecting For Dummies” and “The 100 Greatest U.S. Coins” in 2001 and 2003, respectively.
