The 2016 Ronald Reagan One Dollar Coin Cover is now available for $19.95 and the mintage is limited to 25,000 units. This First Day coin cover consists of two Presidential dollars which were minted on the first day of the coins’ production at the Philadelphia and Denver Mint facilities. A special display showcases their obverses and reverses. The cover features a portrait of President Ford, the coins’ production date, the issue date of the coin cover, and a Forever US stamp.

The obverse features a portrait of Reagan. Other inscriptions include RONALD REAGAN, IN GOD WE TRUST, 40th PRESIDENT, and 1981-1989. The reverse features the common Presidential $1 coin design with the Statue of Liberty and the inscriptions ‘$1’ and ‘UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’.

It is the 39th and the final release in this product series, which launched in 2007.
