1st National Numismatic Conference in December

The 102nd birth anniversary of the legendary numismatist, Late Dr. P. L. Gupta (1914-2001) would be observed in a special way. The Centre for History, Archaeology, Epigraphy & Numismatics (CHAEN) will organise the 1st National Numismatic Conference or the 2nd National Numismatic Day on 24th & 25th December in association with Sathaye College, Mumbai.Research Papers will be accepted on Indian Numismatics by Curators, Lecturers, Independent Researchers, Coin Collectors and Students of Indian Numismatics from all over India and the world. The three categories for the research includes: Ancient (including Early Medieval), Medieval and Modern (including Philately).
'GOPAL DAS GULADAVADI DEVI MEMORIAL TRUST' initiated by Late Dr. P. L. Gupta would sponsor the prizes for the Best Papers in all categories.
