Ronald Reagan started his carrier as a sports announcer in a local radio station and later became a successful Hollywood actor. He was a member of the Democratic Party and stood for liberal causes. Ronald Reagan was an anti-communist who worked towards rooting out communism in Hollywood. He is the only movie star ever to become the President of the United States. He had a remarkable skill as an orator that earned him the title “the Great Communicator.”
