16th to 26th January 2020, the principality become the global circus capital with the 44th International Circus festival on Monte-Carlo. The spectacular event rewarded the best artist of our time with Gold Clowns. The 44th edition paid tribute to the horse and the stamp revealed by Monaco Post shows a majestic stallion.
