The Washington Monument can be seen in the background of the scene. This was designed by John Mercanti. The inscription reads “Liberty”, the date “1994”, “In God We Trust”, and the caption “Vietnam Veterans Memorial”.
3 Vietnam service medals “Left: Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Middle: Vietnam Service Medal and Right: Vietnam Campaign Medal” are in the center with the inscriptions that read “The United States of America”, “E Pluribus Unum”, and the denomination “One Dollar”.
