This note was the 4th Issue of Indo-Portuguese printed in the year 1929. This note consists of an overprint ‘decreto No 17154’ and prefix ‘A’. The third signature is seen above the streaming ship on the right side. The date on this note depicts date 1st January 1924 but it was issued in 1929.
