Two beautiful stamps are issued by the German Post depicting stunning and phenomenal celestial wonders. The first stamp features a fragment of the rainbow. The stamp is based o the photograph taken by Claudin Hinz, it depicts rainbow fragment, dark cloud and Hochwanner on Germany’s highest mountains.
The second stamp is shown as a distorted image or mirage of the sun as a rectangle over the North Atlantic. It is based on the photograph of Melia Ritzal taken near the city of Bordeaux, France.
