Issued in 1985 with Black and dark brown on the multicolour underprint, this note was printed from CDM-Brazil and consists of the watermark of Ramon Castilla.
The obverse of this note depicts the legend ‘Banco Central De reserve Del Peru’ on the top left with the denomination in numeral on the top right corner. The coat of arms of Peru is depicted in the centre with watermark window on the left and the portrait of Ramon Castilla on the left. The denomination is seen in lower centre with the date and three varieties of signature below it. The serial number is printed on left top and bottom right corners with denomination besides it.
The reverse of this note depicts legend ‘Banco Central De reserve Del Peru’ is seen on the top left. The scene of a women worker by cotton-spinning machine is printed in the centre with a watermark window on right. The denomination is seen in the lower panel with the denomination in numerals in the bottom left and top right corners.
