The United States of America had issued this commemorative $10 coin with the theme of Ellen Wilson. Ellen Wilson was the first lady of the United States of America the wife of Thomas Woodrow Wilson the 28th president of the United States of America.The obverse of this coin depicts the bust of Ellen Wilson facing towards the right in the center of the coin. The inscription ‘ELLEN WILSON’ at the top of the coin; the inscription ‘IN GOD WE TRUST’ and ‘LIBERTY’ ‘2013’ & ‘W’, at the left and right side of the bust; the inscription ‘28th 1913-1914’ at the bottom of the coin. The reverse side of the coin depicts the image of roses with the White House in the background, a tribute to Mrs. Wilson's creation of the White House Rose Garden.
