The set of two stamps are issued by China Post to commemorate the year of the Rat that begins on Jan 25, 2020, according to the Chinese Zodiac. The coming year is dedicated to a metal rat which the last unit 2021 Lunar New Year’s eve. This special stamp will be officially issued on 5th January 2020.
