The United States of America had issued this gold 5 dollar with the theme of Olympics Stadium in the year 1995. This commemorative coin was issued by the United States of America to support the 1996 Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games and the programs of the United States Olympic Committee.

These commemorative coins are issued to honour and encourage the participants of this Olympics. The surcharges from the sale of these coins were used to fund a variety of organization and projects which will help the Public.

The obverse of this coin depicts the design of the Olympic Stadium of the 1996 Olympic Games and the Olympic Games logo. The reverse of this coin depicts a side view of the bald eagle, with a banner in its beak.
