Hudson is a city located in the west border of Columbia County, New York, in the United States of America. This city is considered as the second largest county following the nearby town of Kinderhook. Hudson is the county seat of Columbia County; It is sister city with Pallisa, Uganda.

The obverse of this coin depicts the seal of the city of Hudson. The reverse of this coin depicts a two-masted sailing vessel under full sail with the moon in the background.
