Pride of Two Nations Coin Set by US Mint

On 3rd July, the Director of US Mint and CEO of Royal Canadian Mint released “Pride of Two Nations Set” at the Philadelphia Mint. It’s the first joint numismatic product between the US and Canada. The set celebrates the cordial relationship between both the countries over the years.The US Mint American Eagle One Ounce Silver Coin in the set has an improved reverse proof finish while the Royal Canadian Mint One Ounce Silver Maple Leaf Coin has a modified proof finish. The coins have never been issued in these finishes before. The Certificate of Authenticity is produced by the US Mint in English and French, making it the first bilingual COA for the Mint.
Visitors at the inauguration ceremony got a chance to get the products or COAs autographed by US Mint Director and CEO of Royal Canadian Mint. Some sets will be signed by the same officials and sold at ANA World’s Fair of Money from 13th to 17th August.
