This lot consist some of the most rare and significant specimens for the numismatic collectors. The highlight of this auction is Gold Mohur of William IV proof restrike from Bombay mint of 1835. According to the auction house the obverse of this coin depicts bust of William IV facing right with English legend and date ‘WILLIAM IIII, KING.1853”. The reverse of this coin depicts A lion facing to left in front of a Palm tree, English legend “EAST INDIA COMPANY, ONE MOHUR” & In Persian “EK ASHARFI”.
