On 8th February 2019 Oswal antiques commenced an auction in Ahmadabad during Coinex 2019.The auction consist lot of varied specimen from gold, silver and copper from the various period of Indian history. The highlight of this auction is the Gold dinar of the Kushan King, Kanisha I, this magnificent gold coin was sold for INR 12, 00,000. The second gold coin sold in this auction were gold mohur of Emperor Shahjahan from Ahmadabad mint, it received INR 2, 00,000.
The princely State of Baroda’s gold mohur was sold for INR 90,000 and the gold mohur of British India went for INR 75,000. The silver coin of Princely state of Hyderabad was sold for INR 3, 00,000. In paper currency, the watermark prod of queen victory rupees Ten banknotes went for INR 13,00,000.
