Spanish Post issued a special stamp to recognize Bible translator Casiodoro De Reina to honour the Protestant Reformation. The Renia-Valera Bible is the most favourite translation of Bible to Spanish speaking christens because it consists traditional style of the Spanish language. The stamp illustrates Casiodoro De Reina and the ‘bear bible’.

De Renia was the main figure of the Protestant Reformation in Spain, he completes this translation while travelling around Europe. It is also the first complete translation in the language in 1569. It is also the most printed and read book in the history.
