Israel Post issues new and innovative stamps every year. The set of three stamps issued 8th February 1994 in the series of Health and well-being are one of the most unique and beautiful stamps ever issued by Israel.

The stamp with the denomination of 1.30 Israeli new shekel reminds us to stop smoking. The stamp depicts a man playing with bubbles. The stamp also gives a message of “DON’T SMOKE”. It implies to avoid any kind of addictions.

The last stamp with the denomination of 1.60 Israeli new shekel tells us to follow a proper diet. The stamp shows a man with a plate full of salad. The magnifying glass in his hand denotes that he is carefully observing his diet. The stamp also gives a message of “EAT SENSIBLY”.
