An Post of Ireland released new Christmas Stamps depicting ‘The Late Late Toy Show’, Christmas dinner and midnight mass. Citizens of the country were asked to send in their suggestions for the stamp design. Thousands of entries were evaluated based on an online vote and six themes were selected.

Other stamp designs feature a nativity crib, loved ones meeting at the airport, a child getting excited to meet Santa and people heading towards the midnight mass on Christmas Eve. Detail. Design Studio in Dublin designed the stamps. A €19 booklet and a €5 booklet with the new Christmas stamps are available. Standard letters and parcels can be sent by 20th December in the Republic of Ireland and by 19th December in Northern Ireland.
