Robert A Siegel Auction House is commencing its next sale from November 14th to 16th 2018, they are offering a 4c Pan-American Centre Inverted stamp for the starting price of 85,000 dollars. This sale is also offering some quite interesting stamps from inverted to round and perforation variants.

The 4c Pan-American Invert stamp is a special print and not a regular issue. The stamp without the gum on it is a philatelic item distributed without specimen overprint. The stamp which is offered by Siegel auction was kept in a safe deposit box for nearly 70 years is exceptionally a fresh piece.

This stamp illustrates an electric automobile also known as Electric Vehicle service. The image of this vintage vehicle was taken from the Baltimore & Ohio Railway brochure. The person shown in the stamp was a B&O passenger agent, so this stamp actually depicts a living person by violating the law thus making this rare philatelic item even more intriguing.
