The Pobjoy mint had introduced the commemorative 10 Dollar coin of Thomas Jefferson in the year 2018; to celebrate his 275 Birth Anniversary. This coin was issued to pay tribute to the founding father of America. As we all know that Thomas Jefferson was the founding father of America and the principal author of the Declaration of Independence. He had also served his country as the third president of United States of America.

The obverse side of the coin depicts the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse side of this coin depicts the bronze statue of Thomas Jefferson from the Jefferson Memorial in Washington D.C. The Jefferson memorial building was made in the year 1943 and this statue was kept in it in the year 1947. This bronze statue is about 5.8 m tall (approx. 19 feet).
