A set of six stamps is issued by Isle of Man Post to commemorate the 70th Birthday of Price of Whales, His Royal Highness Prince Charles. These stamps feature Prince Charles in portrait form design by contemporary artists.

Six portraits were designed with the help of the Royal Society of Portrait Painter that helped compile the material for the stamps of Isle of Man. Prince Charles is the heir apparent to the British throne as the eldest child of Queen Elizabeth. He is known for his active participation in many art charities. Prince of Wales has also issued many books on watercolour art as he himself is a very accomplish watercolour artist.
