The stamps illustrate the winning photos from a competition that was held last year. It gave the local photographers a unique opportunity to showcase their artwork and have them featured on the postage stamps. The photos selected to be portrayed were the masterpieces provided by Camille Cassar, Norbert Juhasz, Darren Vella and Martin Galea. The stamp 26c illustrates Church of Saint John the Baptist, on 42c value stamp Ghajn Tuffieha bay is shown. Gozo Aqueduct, also known as Tal-Hammimiet, is featured on the 59c stamp and the last stamp of value 1.25 shows Dwejra Bay on it.
