USPS has come up with new and refreshing stamps to cool off with this summer. 10 scratch and sniff forever stamps are being released soon which feature ICE POPS, the most favourite icy treats around the world.

Popularized by Frank Epperson who patented the concept of flavoured frozen ice on sticks, Ice Pops are available in thousands of flavours from fresh fruit to artificial flavours.

USPS put these popular treats on stamps and gave these stamps a twist. The stamps will have a scratch-and-sniff component. The stamps are printed with a coating that evokes a sweet summer scent when scratched by a fingernail, coin or similar object. Each stamp carries a different scent.

These new stamps will add a sweet scent to the letter.
