Superstitious and magical stamp of Slovenia

All the different culture, societies and civilizations believe in magic and superstitions, it is the most important part of the culture. To promote and highlight this phenomenal side of the traditions, Slovenia Post issued four vibrant stamps.These stamps were issued by the Slovenia Post on 25th may 2018. The stamps depict the beliefs and superstitions related to Witches, black cats, protection of newborn babies, reading coffee ad St Jon’s wreath. The above-shown stamp depicts Witches, one of the most popular beliefs in Slovenia due to their fascinating and demonic forms.
Most of the traditional beliefs in Slovenia circulates around is the protection of the children. Many animals also come in these superstitions like the black cat, they also are the big fan of the fortunetelling.
